Business & Family Rates
From migraines to stress to rehabilitation, the Grimes Chiropractic office in Tahlequah proudly offers care packages for families and groups, large and small.
A Family or Group Rate is our awesome Wellness Membership designed for small to large qualifying groups. The base rate is $80 per month and includes 2 adults. Each additional adult is $40 added to the base rate. The billing is handled by one person who is responsible for authorizing payment and providing our office with those who are participating.
The best part is, we can list as many patients as needed, all billed under one account. Anyone can participate or be removed at any time with no obligation.
You can download our group intake forms below as well as book your first visit online. Only one member of the group needs to be present to set up the account.
*The fine print: Qualifying patients are those that Dr. Grimes has graduated from initial care for injuries or other crisis and are now ready to move on to rehabilitative and supportive care to achieve more long term gains and benefits.
